Zoned RU1, this piece of perfection is allowed to be the home of multiple types of living. Recreation, Cannabis farming, kennels, forestry, agriculture...the list goes on! Access has been allowed by a friendly neighbour in the past, but official access may still be required through the Crown and CN Rail.
